The “BIG FIVE”

In order to provide excellence in service in the Container Loading and Unloading Industry and the warehouse/transport industry, we follow what we call the big five which is our commitment to every customer.

Staffing

ACUG recruits, inducts and trains its workforce “in house”. When staff pass our induction process they are introduced into the workforce receiving onsite training delivered by our team leaders and area managers. 

Work Quality

All containers are unloaded to your specifications, all ACUG work is 100% guaranteed.

Safety

ACUG has a ‘Safety First” culture, all staff supplied are inducted and trained through our online training platform before being sent to site.

Attitude

Only container crews with great presentation, a sense of urgency and can do attitudes are supplied. Our management team monitors this daily by staying in touch with the customer.

Punctuality  

Only our most proven and reliable staff are booked daily. We understand people are not machines and do need time away from work so we replace staff at short notice on the day to ensure work is completed.
